  • Thank you for considering Urban Learning Collaborative (ULC), formerly known as Milwaukee Teacher Education Center (MTEC), for your educational needs.

     

     

     

    In order to complete the application process you will need the following:

     

    -$65 non-refundable processing fee 

     

    -Two Letters of Recommendation, signed and dated within the last year. 

     

    -Two degree-bearing official sealed transcripts from a regionally accredited institution of higher education where your bachelor's degree was conferred.

     

    -Only one degree-bearing official sealed transcript is required if applying to add to or extend a current teaching license. 

     

    -One official sealed transcript from each regionally accredited institution of higher education attended (e.g. transfer credits, post-baccalaureate coursework, graduate-level coursework, master's degree, etc.) 

     

    *This is not required if applying to add to or extend a current teaching license. 

     

    Please note that ULC cannot accept transcripts marked as "Issued to Student." Transcripts may be mailed to the address below or emailed to edservices@urban-learning.org
